Welcome from the Programme Director

The 2011/12 year holds great promise for the further deepening of the vision which the Board of Stewards adopted in 2010. The vision statement, Hart House is a living laboratory of social, artistic, cultural and recreational experiences where all voices, rhythms and traditions converge explicitly sets the direction for all activities within the House. As executives within the club and committee structure you have accepted responsibility for providing leadership which is aligned with the vision statement and makes explicit the commitments contained in it. Your willingness to assume leadership at Hart House is critical to the functioning of the club and committee structure and the House broadly and an opportunity for you to explore your own growth as emerging leaders.

The information contained here is one component of the training and leadership development opportunities that will be provided this year to aid you in leading and supporting the activities of the particular club or committee that you serve.
