Details: Experience Toronto's foremost student film festival. Celebrate works by up-and-coming student and alumni filmmakers at the 10th Annual University of Toronto Film Festival, featuring 15-20 screenings including juried winners from the Hart House Film Board and the Cinema Studies Student Union.  Cash bar all evening.

When: Wednesday March 23, 2011, 7:00 - 11:00 pm

Order of Events: 7PM Pre-screening Reception, 8PM Screening, 10PM Post-Screening Reception and Awards.

Where: Hart House Music Room, Hart House, 7 Hart House Circle, University of Toronto

About the University of Toronto Film Festival: The University of Toronto Film Festival was started in 2002 by Hart House Theatre with a mandate to celebrate and promote U of T’s rich contribution to the arts through its student and alumni filmmakers. The Festival quickly gained popularity with other U of T agencies, student groups and community sponsors. Industry alumni who have screened their work at the Festival include David Sector, David Cronenberg, Don McKellar, Sudz Sutherland, Atom Egoyan, Ron Mann, Aaron Woodly, Richie Mehta, Azra Rashid, Alex Shuper and Babak Payami.

About the Hart House Film Board: The Film Board is a Hart House club that helps its members make movies through teaching filmmaking in workshops, lending out advanced, professional film & video gear and more! Buy a membership for $25 at the HUB on the main floor and borrow video cameras, lighting and mics, as well as get discounts on workshops and much, much more!
