Glenn Davidson - Set, Costume and Lighting Designer

Glenn has been designing sets and lighting in Canadian theatre for twenty-five years with over 300 productions to his credit. Recent credits include: I Send You This Cadmium Red for Art of Time and Canadian Stage, The Galileo Project for Tafelmusik, Fronteras Americanas and What The Butler Saw for Soulpepper Theatre,  A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Letters from Lehrer and The Story of My Life for Canadian Stage.  The Pillowman for Birdland Theatre and Canadian Stage, The Last Days of Judas Iscariot for Birdland Theatre (Dora award Outstanding Lighting Design)  The Anger In Ernest and Ernestine for Theatre Columbus, (Dora award Outstanding Set Design) Dying to be Sick for Pleiades Theatre and the National Arts Centre, Romeo and Juliet and Coppellia for Ballet Jorgen Canada and the Hong Kong Ballet. He was Bruce Cockburn’s lighting director for his 2003 North American tour, and in 1993 he was the recipient of the Pauline McGibbon award.
